“Had the Pod Point installed by Craig Burt today. Top bloke, really professional, knew what he was doing and made a tidy job of it. Booking in was a pain in the rectum, but Craig has won you 4 of those 5 stars in that review above.”

“A difficult install due to a number of physical constraints, however the electrician listened to what I wanted regarding position of the charger and completed the job exactly as required. Neat and tidy worker too :)”

“The final work carried out was fine but the ordering and installation process was frustrating and inefficient. I had to do a lot of the chasing to ensure things were progressing. The charging post did not arrive on time and delayed the installation. The contractor who dug the cable channel had received incomplete information from PodPoint. Disappointing service.”

“Absolutely seamless From booking to installation, everything went very smoothly, efficiently and professionally The engineer was brilliant. He called when he was on his way with an eta, accommodated school drop off, explained everything very clearly during the installation, informed me at each stage of the process, very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend.”

“My installer, Dean Cook, went above and beyond to ensure that my installation was tidy and invisible from the outside of the house. The installation inside is also very neat and tidy. He is clearly a man who takes a great deal of pride in his work. He was courteous and clearly explained the installation and how to work the charger and the app. Thanks again, I couldn't be happier.”
