“We were impressed with the installation. The engineer completed the work really neatly. Unfortunately the charger stopped working during the second attempted charge. We contacted PodPoint and an appointment was made for another engineer to visit. This visit rectified the problem but the delay and period of time that we couldn’t use it was frustating.”

“The installation engineer did a great job with the cable run. I had expected it to be surface mounted inside trunking but he found a better, tidier route under the floor, resulting in a very neat installation. In all it took just over two hours. An excellent professional service.”

“Jordan was an excellent installer of the podpoint. He communicated via text prior to the appointment, attended on time, kept me up to date with where he was up to in the installation process, was polite and courteous throughout, did an excellent job with the installation itself and tidied up afterwards. Couldn’t really have asked for more.”

“Disappointed that I had to send many photos, save and download. Wasn't told of this when ordering. However, the installation was fantastic and was an excellent service. Very pleased. Quick and efficient. Dan who installed was very polite, skilled and pleasant at all times.”

“The overall experience was great. One of the customer service members i spoke with provided useful advice which meant i didnt waste money ordering accessories i didnt need. The installer, Cameron, was great especially from a customer service perspective. He explained the process clearly amd his interactions were spot on.”
