“My Pod Point is now installed, it looks great and is working well. The self-survey work was a little long-winded and could have been hard for a non-technical person to complete. The scheduling process wasn't clear but the engineer arrived on time and completed an efficient installation. My only frustration is now with EDF (who invest in and promote Pod Point) as they have withdrawn their GoElectric tariff which is why I selected Pod Point in the first place.”

“Jayden was great - Called the night before with estimated times and arrived as expected. He was polite friendly and helpful. I was kept up to date from Pod point before he arrived the communication and service overall was brilliant.”

“Not straightforward, anything deviation from standard (that is very tight) incurs additional cost and delays installation, once this was resolved actual installation was straightforward”

“Amazing service! I emailed accross my info and an hour later got a phone call asking would I like an 8am appointment the next day. The fitter arrived on time next morning, the work was done surprisingly quickly and the charge point works perfectly. Couldn't be happier 😊”

“The installation engineer was excellent. The run up was poor, including an appointment where no one showed up, a rearranged appointment that then disappeared to be replaced by another appointment the following week, when I had already said I would be away. The taking and uploading of photos, then more photos was very tedious. A site visit (at an extra cost) would have been so much better”

“An appointment was made within minutes of me finishing the home review and the appointment was for the next day. The engineer arrived early, was very professional, gave advice on where best to install the Pod Point and explained how everything worked. Very happy.”

“Dan is a knowledgable and friendly installer who took great care during the installation to be clean, tidy and well organised. The charger was fitted at the location I requested and looks good in situ. Dan took the time to explain both how the app and the charger work and none of our 'rookie' questions seemed to bother him. All in all, it was an easy and pleasant experience. Thank you”
