“The guy that came around to install the Pod was very friendly. He listened to our instructions and installed the Pod the way we wanted. He was very tidy and cleaned everything up before he showed us how the device works. I'd say he was one of the most professional and friendliest engineers we had so far.”

“Absolutely first rate. The management of the surveying via photographs and video and the spoon-feeding to ensure I asked the right questions of my electrician meant that when the installer arrived he was able to complete his work without a hitch. He (James) too was very professional and informative. He also left the place clean and tidy upon completion. Very happy indeed.”

“If you live in an older house, you will need more checks done on your electrics to comply with getting a charger fitted. Our experience has been a good one with the ordering, booking a fitting and an excellent engineer coming round to see and advise on requirements. We are now fitted for charging and ready for our electric car.”

“All good. The installer was very friendly, professional and efficient. My only negative comment would be around the PodPoint plug holder. Why oh why is it designed so the cable handle sticks horizontally out? This just gets in the way and looks 'wrong'. Surely the wall holder could be designed so the handle hangs downwards and is much neater and out of the way. If it is ever redesigned I would appreciate mine being changed.”

“Chose pod point after recommendations from work colleagues. I also find their public chargers to be reliable and cheaper than others. Installation was easy. Process to buy and install was very clear. Installer arrived on time and was very polite, tidy and set up everything perfectly. It’s a very tidy inconspicuous unit. Couldn’t find any fault or criticism 😊”

“Having just moved house, this is our second podpoint installation and we very happy with our new charger. The electrician took the time to work out the best location for it and carried out the work to a high standard.”
