Communication was poor. The form regarding our looped supply was incorrectly filled in by pod point staff. This caused a lot of confusion with us and our supplier. A fitting was booked before this was resolved. My appointment cancellation was not passed on internally. We were told by that everything for the loop was sorted and we’re promised the documentation would be sent to us to confirm, this never happened. In the end we relied on Northern Power to tell us. The engineer who completed the fitting was excellent. Helped us decide where to site, explained the full process, was really friendly and professional and gave clear instructions on use before he left.

Good experience. The one point I would raise for consideration was that after I had filled in the questionnaire, I did not receive an email acknowledging receipt of this or informing me what would happen next- subsequently I had to phone you a few days later to confirm the document had been received and to ask about the next step of installation.

Ordered the pod point 3 charger on a Friday, a very easy process, I sent them a few photos of meter/location of where I wanted it / driveway type & one of the route for the cable. Got an installation date of the following Monday. All fitted in a few hours, a couple of chaps EDF came & fitted the device, they safety checked all the existing house wiring, cleaned up after the work. Couldn’t fault them. Explained how the device worked, had some problems trying to get a WiFi signal to the device but that seems to have sorted itself now.

A great company to deal with. A very well laid out website with great information and very easy to use for the whole process. The communication after booking was fantastic. The installation date was amazingly quick and the engineer who installed it was excellent. He called before arrival, explained everything when onsite and was very professional. The care that he took with every detail was spot on

Very professional, friendly installation. Everything was explained really well. The engineers were communicative about when we needed to turn the power off briefly. We had a team of two; a senior and an apprentice learning the ropes which was nice to see.

Unreliable equipment, scheduled charging fails on a regular cadence meaning my car isn’t being charged overnight during the cheaper tariff. PodPoint CS is non existent, unable to reach anyone except through email and it takes weeks to get responses.

Issues with bonding. Couldn’t install practically impossible to communicate with Pod Point. Emailing takes about 2 weeks to get response. Apparently it’s now set up but I have no instructions. Engineer said they weren’t in box and would get sent out. Still not received I’ve emailed however looking forward to the next 2 months trying to get a response!! Charger still showing red. No idea if that’s correct or not or even who to contact. Very poor communication

Great service. Really quick install from ordering. Order process was easy and clear instructions on photos needed. Customer service excellent, and install engineer was right on time and very neat and tidy install. Explained everything and demonstrated the charger. Overall highly satisfied and would 100% recommend to anyone.
