“Very efficient service. The engineer could not have been more helpful, went out his way to ensure the installation was situated in the correct position and completed an extremely tidy job. I would certainly recommend pod point to friends and family.”

“Very good quick response . Message day before to give exact time of arrival which was great . No mess we’ll explained . The only negative was the form prior to ordering . Would ‘not have had a clue if my husband wasn’t here”

“The installation took around 6hrs. The ground work to put the cable in had already been done. The charger and connection to the consumer unit was all that was needed. Unfortunately the installer had great difficulty and it kept tripping and continuously calls for advice was needed. Finally, the installer disconnected it from the consumer unit and is connected directly to my electrical supply in the box in front of my house. My local electrician had a look at the installation and said that it is not correct practice.”

“I put my order on a Thursday, completed the survey on Friday and had the installation completed on Monday. I really cannot fault that as a service! Conversations and support afterwards have been fantastic, prompt and professional. Engineer was fantastic. Really please with Pod Point. Thank you.”

“We were impressed with the installation. The engineer completed the work really neatly. Unfortunately the charger stopped working during the second attempted charge. We contacted PodPoint and an appointment was made for another engineer to visit. This visit rectified the problem but the delay and period of time that we couldn’t use it was frustating.”
