“Well communicated, our installation was complicated so an engineer came to survey beforehand. Everything very professional, installation chap was very knowledgable and left everything clean and tidy.”

“Purchase was easy. The follow-on was then slow and it was difficult to get in contact with Pod Point support. Once installation was finally organised, the installer turned up 1.5 hours after the allocated slot and couldn't finish the job the same day. Now it's installed and working, it's fine and does the job.”

“Despite numerous photos and videos sent the person attending was not full preferred for the instal. Spent over an hour on the phones with a Hager resulting in me having to get a “builder” to drill one hole through an external wall before they would come back and got the box. When they come back to fit the box they then and only at that point realised the 7m cable would be too short to reach the car. This has now resulted in me Having a box without a cable 3 days after it was fitted? Audi told me 2 days ago a podpoint email would come through for me to order a 10m cable, which I now have to pay for, and I am still yet to receive this. I am now left with am electric car that I cannot charge.”

“Very easy to deal with and the order to install process was painless. Installation was very quick (I had already installed the cables) and neatly performed. Great to have the ability to track the installer on the day to see exactly when they would arrive.”

“There was a problem on the day of installation, in that the engineer was unable to locate the earth clamp for the water supply and suggested that it would likely be under the floorboards in the hallway. I took up the carpet here, but there was no access under the floor. The earth clamp was later located in my kitchen and the installation was then able to be completed satisfactorily.”

“The installer was great and really helpful, it's just the charger doesn't work! 15 hours to charge less than 30% is not worth it. You've asked me to review you when I have an outstanding issue and clearly a faulty charger. This review would have perhaps been more favourable if you replied to my issue rather than asking for a review!!!”
