“This service was great and the installation was quick effortless and the engineer was lovely. Only 4 star as it was quite laboured doing the survey with lots of pictures and forms needed. Correspondance at this point was also slow. Once I was past that the installation survey everything moved extremely quick with emails coming back to me in minutes and the installation being booked in in under a week!”

“Good service. Engineers were excellent. However, I had to wait for approval from electricity board for connection because I have a looped system. I was told this would not be a problem but it took over a week following electricity boards visit for the go ahead to come through. I had my car almost a week and couldn’t use the pod”

“I disliked the online ordering process as I am of that age that predates PCs! Apparently there is an app for my Pod Point, I suspect it will remain undiscovered and unused by me. That said the Pod Point delivers electricity to my car which was the aim of the exercise.”

“Worse customer service ever! You can’t get so speak to anyone. And when you send an email you wait and wait for a reply! The pod point charger was supposed to be with a retractable cable buts it’s not just a lose cable wrapped around. The fitter was exceptional and very friendly and did an excellent fit! However I am extremely disappointed with the actual pod as it’s not what was explained to me!! And now I can’t speak to anyone for clarification!”

“Paid and booked fitting which took a while. Fitters arrived and were unable to complete as they didn’t have the correct fixings. When I tried to re book I was told it would be 7 days even though my car was arriving in 5. The day can and the fitter arrived really late in the day and did not have the correct fittings for my house as no notes had been left. While he was at my house I got a call from pod point apologising that the fitter would not be able to attend ( even though he was there) so again I had to re book and of course had to wait a further 5 days during which I daily had to drive to a garage and sit in it while my car charged before I could start work. Fitter arrive who was really good and fitted. However the customer service was terrible and everything I said and asked for was ignored by faceless staff who man phones and read off of tick sheets it seems. Even when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they would call me back. Never happened ! I have cancelled a planned large installation at my place of work by this company and looked elsewhere due to my experience. Very very disdapointing and frustrating.”

“The installer was on time, carried out the installation and cleaned up after themself. However, the charger didn't work as it wasn't quite set up properly.”

“The installer got on with the job quickly and without fuss but he failed to give any critical advice as to positioning the holster for the cable. As a result I chose the wrong side for it to be positioned and the key lock is difficult to access.My choice and therefore my fault but a bit of advice from an experienced installer would have saved me having to move the holster”

“I have contacted Podpoint about the report and they've said its been resolved where it hasn't, its still shows the old Tariff of 28p where the tariff is set at 35.67 pence”

“Engineer arrived on-time. was a very nice gentleman who managed to get on with the whole family. He was more than helpful to manage my requests and more than pleased to explain every part of the process. only difficulty was getting the app working. a call to the helpline when I found the number (not an easy task) and fixed. all I need is the car now!! 5 STAR DUE TO THE ENGINEER.”
