Everything has been brilliant, from placing the initial order, right through to the installation itself. The installation was excellent and carried out to a very high standard. The communication has been fantastic throughout the process.

Whilst I now have a well fitted and working (fingers crossed) charger this process has been the most stressful and frustrating experience of my life apart from moving house! I knew from the outset that my installation would not be as straightforward as some so back in May submitted drawings, photographs and measurements to ensure that installation was possible prior to ordering an electric vehicle. I received a positive assurance but had a short survey been carried out at this point all future problems could have been avoided. Instead I had an initial exchange of 10 or so emails mainly asking for information already provided. Following my frustrated telephone call the matter was taken control of by a project manager who, although making some mistakes, was always polite and helpful and I was told that everything was in order by the end of July. An installation date toward the end of September was fixed to coincide with the car’s arrival. Two weeks, four visits, a broken meter (and my almost total meltdown) from the appointed date the charger was installed and working. In reality had a survey been carried out upfront or even at the time of the first installers visit the charger would have been fitted in one attempt. An exchange of between 20 and 30 (time consuming) emails could also have been avoided.

When I 1st contacted pod point in January and got things moving was quick and easy until they found out my electric was looped with 3 other houses therefore unable to install it straight away and was passed to the electric company to do there bit to unloop my electric. Eventually after a long wait for the work to be carried out that was out off pod points hands I was finally able to organise a date that suited myself, again was quick and easy and instalation was done in about 2 and 1/2 hours. Very pleased that now I can charge my car at home.

Everything has been fantastic, but downloaded App after installation and find the experience with App so far behind the standard received throughout. I do not hesitate to recommend pod point as a home charger and service received, but jury still out on user friendliness of the App

Looking at the weather 5 minutes before our installation I doubted whether it would be completed but our technician got on with the work to our complete satisfaction. Our only minor gripe was that we had paid for the surge protector but our engineer's worksheet did not show this. If he had not mentioned this we would not have known and paid £100 for nothing. Our engineer did install it and again I must praise his work and explanation. Thanks.
