“Very little communication. Installer would not accept any requests or deviate from their own agenda. All customer requests and fitted how the installer wanted, not me (the customer)”

“Excellent installation. Very knowledgeable installer, minimal fuss and a real ‘can do’ attitude. I would definitely recommend your company to others who require home charging. Your admin staff were also very efficient. 😊”

“My other half was in for appointment, she couldn’t speak more highly of the engineer who attended. Said he was a really nice and polite and explained everything. The lady I spoke to on the phone was the same and was quick and efficient, only slight downfall of the process was the pre installation form which was a bit of a chew on”

“Hayden Arrived when he said he would. Surveyed the premises explained to me exactly what he proposed to do. Have me chance to comment and agree. He worked thoroughly and we'll. Explained how the point worked when he left. Sadly i still cannot connect my app to the pod point. I have reported this and am still awaiting a fix”

“Pre-booking was cumbersome.. Technically difficult to upload so much info and so many restrictions on do's and Don't's and pictures uploading... Would have been much better to receive a personal visit or even a video call from a technician who could see and confirm all things himself. Uploading info was frustrating part. Rest was all good. Thanks”

“The installation of my Solo charger was excellent - the installer was very timely, took into account the quirks of my home and provided great explanation and advice. The process between ordering and installation was bumpy and delayed due to other factors and hence the 4 star rating.”
