“Took a number of weeks for pop point to contact after the dealership made the request for the charger, the dealership chased 3 times and I chased once before i finally got an installation date, however once date confirmed every then went smoothly.”

“An early installation date was offered and a suitable alternative when I needed to re-schedule. The installation was more straight-forward than expected. The device seems to be fine. An SPD was meant to be fitted but a repeat visit will be needed to complete.”

“I’m very happy with all aspects of my installation by PodPoint. Communication was good during the ordering process and the actual installation was excellent. My only criticism is the badly explained process to purchase the extended warranty.”
