“From ordering and sending photos of the meter correspondence was not great. Had to ring 3 times only to be told the installer wanted run a cable round my back garden which was not acceptable. In the end, I had to ask for a survey which we came to an amicable solution.”

“Process of uploading photos for the engineer to review beforehand was straightforward. The installation on the day was first class, Stephen the engineer was brilliant, informed me when he was on the way, double checked the positioning of the unit and cable run and installed without a fuss even though the cable run was complicated. He left the house nice and tidy.”

“Turned up 1st thing as I’d requested which was great (albeit I got the date wrong and thought it was the following day). The installer cracked on efficiently and despite him coming across a few issues it was all completed in a very reasonable period.”

“The installer was excellent - informed me of the arrival time, arrived on schedule, carried out the work efficiently and quickly, and communicated well throughout. “Efficient service from start to finish . Engineer was excellent and explained fitting process and best positioning for a nice tidy job . Explained features and operation of the unit and did all connections to allow us to use straight away would definitely recommend on first impressions”

“Mark the installer was on time , personable and explained the installation procedure well. The result was a very tidy job. My electric vehicle is not due for another two months, but it is far better to have the charging facility ready prior to its arrival.”
