“Steven was a great installer, communication via email was ok but better when I called the main line ti speak to someone. Over all I thought pod point are really efficient. And really flexible, they got my date for installation in asap at my request because my electric car was being delivered quicker than expected.”

“Had the charger for approximately a week when it broke. Technical team don't work weekends so had to wait 4 days to get someone to come out and fix. Very little assistance/contact from customer service. Came out and replaced the board within the charger. The next time I charged it the charger failed again. Again awful experience with customer service who don't get back to you. Kept being told it was me who was the problem (settings in car stopping the charge) although I could charge elsewhere perfectly fine and send them a photo of the car settings where they couldn't point out the problem because there wasn't one. Constantly told they have "amended settings" their end (very vague) on two occasions which should resolve the issue.”

“Pod Point have been really efficient in arranging the charging point installation. The only feedback is that after receiving a proposed installation date there is no option to add comments e.g. if you are on holiday and need to give an availability window.”

“Took a number of weeks for pop point to contact after the dealership made the request for the charger, the dealership chased 3 times and I chased once before i finally got an installation date, however once date confirmed every then went smoothly.”

“An early installation date was offered and a suitable alternative when I needed to re-schedule. The installation was more straight-forward than expected. The device seems to be fine. An SPD was meant to be fitted but a repeat visit will be needed to complete.”
