“Installation was OK. One week in, I have a problem, it stopped charging the car and I have now been 30 min in a queue to get attention painfully progressing through the queue.. There was a huge faff to get the installation set up with plenty of things that they could not do.”

“Podpoint have been unable to rectify an issue that prevents the charger being used. An expert has declared Podpoint latest remedy, one of several, would not work. I have asked for the charger to be removed. They have refused to do this. Legal proceedings are ongoing.”

“Second installation for us and having already experienced pre installation information everything was familiar and easy. Extremely helpful and efficient installer as on previous occasions explained everything thoroughly and in no time at all everything was up and running. To date our experience has been very good with podpoint and when we did suffer and equipment issue on our first installation everything was sorted in a timely and efficient manner with no fuss.”
