“Installer was amazing but the process to get him there was a nightmare with multiple photos and videos having to be submitted. I was told that access would be required to the electric supply box which meant moving a washing machine and removing worktops. Once the installer attended he said we needn’t have done that and amended instillation due to the electric supply box being difficult to access. Had an engineer have just been sent in the first place it would have avoid a lot of hassle and disruption.”

“My installation proved to be technically challenging due to living in a large, grade II listed house with power for the charger supplied from a secondary fuse board. A direct connection to the mains was not possible due to concrete flooring, listed flagstones and listed building consent conditions over where the charger could be installed. PodPoint arranged for a site survey and found a good solution to these challenges, I would happily recommend them”
