Great installation and very knowledgeable staff. Been putting off for ages as I thought my home electrics were not suffice. After a few pics send to them there customer support was brilliant.

The fitter arrived on time and went about the installation process very professionally, cleaning up after himself and not causing any disruption to our day.

The installer promptly arrived as advised and proceeded to ask a few relevant questions about the placement and installation process and explained what would happen at every stage. He then did a demonstration of where the pod point would be located and how he would proceed. I found that to be good and informative. After installation he explained how it would work and went through the activation process with me. He was very professional and good.

Dear Sir / Madam Thank you, the wall units had been installed as scheduled in July 2022, unfortunately the 7 meters cable was not enough, I was advised by the technician that you will contact me to arrange for 10 meters cable delivery and I will need to pay the difference between the 2 cables. Can you kindly update arrange this issue for me as I am receiving the car by the end of this month. I had send an email last year requesting the delivery for the 10 meters cable, but there was no response. Kind regards Abdelrahamn Elsheik 17 Kevin Gardens, Brighton, BN2 6RR

I have a Solar panel. I told the engineer before the installation. He said, that's fine. But after the installation, when I asked how it would use the electricity from Solar panel. He said, he does know about. This is really frustrating and I want full refund if you can't with Solar Panel.

Went to use pod for first time an pod showing red light would Not charge , Charged for ladders an when men arrived to fit pod , ladders had not arrived had to be rescheduled Asked for call off manager did not get this

Installation Engineer was timely, professional and cordial at all times and explained everything that was due to take place. The only small gripe was the inability to pair to the app but this does not appear anyway related to the engineer. This pairing is now resolved after feedback to the support team

It's quite difficult at first to line up exactly what is required because its done remotely through video calls. When the installation engineer arrived the experience became 10x better.

Not one of the best implementation experiences. Product works ok, but again, connecting and activating the app was super fiddly.

The installer was very knowledgeable and efficient. He talked me through the options for positioning the charger and explained why we couldn't have it in our first choice position.

Customer service experience has been a complete disaster. Was in the call queue at position number five for FORTY-FIVE minutes. Clearly there is nobody there on a Friday. Charger brand new, does not work, instructions also do not work and raising a case via the app just caused the site the give error messages about their CRM Salesforce. HORRIBLE customer experience, REALLY REGRETTING my decision to buy Pod Point!!

Really bad experience with the installation. Had to wait for a long time and then installation was cancelled twice on the day as Engineer was sick. The lady at the reception taking the call was extremely helpful when I called to complain and rearranged immediately. We also had issues with the wiring as POd Point would not take the wires over the flat room and we had to arrange for another electrician to come and do that part. Even after sending photos etc of how it has been done and how it looks when the Engineer finally arrived, he said he was not happy with it and went away. We had to then do some more work to reinforce the wiring over the flat roof. When the kit was finally installed, it was done seamlessly though. Overall too much hassle over the entire process.
