The technician was on time, very polite and put the charger exactly where I wanted it. The booking process is fairly straight forward although some of the questions and photos required take a bit of investigation, however this makes the fitting fairly easy on the day. The area was left clean and tidy and the charger and process was all fully explained to me.

After an initial look on the PodPoint website, I was contacted by a very knowledgeable member of staff who answered all of my questions. I then completed the order, and the PodPoint was installed 3 days later. The installer explained everything he was doing and walked me through the changes made. He then went through a very thorough handover and explanation of the system.

The fitter was good at communicating, job was done quickly and efficiently. Only problem is that the plug-in end does not stay in the 'holster' but keeps falling onto the floor. I would like someone to contact me about this, or I could contact Mazda.

A relatively straightforward experience. All contact with Pod Point was great. Emails were answered in a timely fashion. Installation was done quickly, and the engineer was great. (Dean)

I was not shown how to set the timers & I was unable to connect to the app for 3-4 days. I had to log in on my PC to link the charger as doing it through the app on my mobile was not working. I was not told I would need to do this.

The installation was very good, the fitter was prompt, polite and extremely neat and tidy. He was very understanding of my mild OCD regarding having everything in line and spaced evenly. The only thing that irritated me during the whole procedure was that in the correspondence my gender was changed from Brendan to Brenda, which although trivial was rather annoying. Other than that 10 out 10 👍
