“Really bad experience with the installation. Had to wait for a long time and then installation was cancelled twice on the day as Engineer was sick. The lady at the reception taking the call was extremely helpful when I called to complain and rearranged immediately. We also had issues with the wiring as POd Point would not take the wires over the flat room and we had to arrange for another electrician to come and do that part. Even after sending photos etc of how it has been done and how it looks when the Engineer finally arrived, he said he was not happy with it and went away. We had to then do some more work to reinforce the wiring over the flat roof. When the kit was finally installed, it was done seamlessly though. Overall too much hassle over the entire process.”

“Had my POD POINT installed in November, my new car delivered last Thursday (now Tuesday)..the POD POINT does not work, it took an hour to speak to an 'expert' advisor who could not help. Apparently the POis not activated on their system. Another department were supposed to call back the same day. I have had no contact from them, can't email just leave a message on their feedback form, I have done this twice...Still nothing. Poor customer service and can't charge my car. I work in the community for the NHS.”

“Getting my Pod point installed was not as straight forward as it should have been. Photos were required, then videos that needed an external video transfer page were required, in the end an engineer was sent out so I could show him the route exactly as I wanted it. I can't imagine how the older generation or someone not so computer literate would be able to go through this. Engineer sent to scope out job in first place would have been best. Installation went very well, very neat and exactly as required as the engineer doing the install was the same engineer who carried out the site survey. Very happy with this part of the job.”

“Haydn arrived well in time and so started a very neat and tidy installation - confirming prior all the details of cable layout and positioning of the charging Pod. Absolutely fantastic customer rapport and care - over and above the best! Really really really really happy!!!”

“I usually dislike most interactions online especially when quite a bit of info is required to be loaded up ( necessary in this case to establish what you’re set up is at home). Pod point came back very quickly with just one query. They offered me an installation date very quickly, too quick for me, but rearranging was easy. Installation was super smooth with power down for less than 15 mins. No problems since and pod nicely linked with App ( but wait a week for pod to load onto central system)”

“I have given 5stars based on the installation on the day and overall office support. However, we were disappointed to learn that a locking system did not come as part of our package even though we had been assured that it did. The fitter on site rectified this but at extra cost. Obviously there was misunderstandings during the ordering process”

“The engineer messaged a. Day before the expected time of arrival. Finished his job on time. However when I first tried charging m car same night , cable got stuck in the Pod. The engineer who installed the pod point refused to help and advising me to contact customer care. As it was over the weekend I could not get any help. I sent several emails.”

“Minor issues are dealt with extremely professionally. The project manager at the head office is very prompt, and respectful(Ms Aemillia). Installation is very safe and clean. Recommend Pod Point to all. Join and you will not look back.”
