To book a slot took a long time, emails got replied to after so many days, even called many times and left messages, no reply. Installation day was fine, explained everything.

Excellent service from start to finish. Good communication from the office and the engineer Mike. Very tidy job, no mess. Good insight and knowledge from the engineer.

Installation was excellent. The only issue was the fact I cannot paid the charger to my Mobile phone as there is no barcode on the charger

The installer arrived on time and was able to start work quickly. He worked efficiently and did a very neat job. He helped me set up the charger and talked me through how it worked. Overall I'm very impressed by the service.

Excellent service from booking through to installation. The installer arrived on time and explained everything that was going to happen and how long the power would be switched off. Once completed the installer ran through the operating procedure.

The App is not user-friendly. staff member tells you what they think is right to finish the call at that point. I would not recommend it to anyone. They did not explain the app or the reason behind having a key lock.

It was a pleasant experience from ordering to installation. Well explained and instructions were clear prior to installation. Kudos to Denroy for a superb and professional installation service. He went way and beyond from providing alternative suggestions to keeping the area clean, instructions were brief but clear when using the charger. Thank you!

Really pleased with the installation service from Adam. He was friendly and happy to answer questions. In terms of PodPoint I found it difficult to be in touch with a person I could talk to and this was frustrating at times. The email suddenly announcing that our PodPoint would be fitted the following day with less than 12 hours notice was particularly annoying. Especially as it was accompanied by a message that stated unless I gave 24 hours notice of the need to change the date I may be charged a penalty. I had already stated that the best days for the fitting are Thursdays and Fridays. There's simply not enough personal service for such an expensive item.

Brilliant. At the point of order - I was advised that the installation would typically take 2-3 weeks. It was installed after 1 week. The installer called ahead of time, was very friendly, and professional and advised us on a better location to mount the unit, which is far more discrete and convenient. He also cleaned up after himself - as much as reasonably expected! He made sure that we tested it and that I was fully connected before he left. After he left, I couldn't get the cable out of the universal charger. I rang the installer directly and he was very helpful. I then rang the central helpline and got some prompt help. Thankfully the charger came out with ease the next morning. All in all - a quick and seamless process, cannot fault it. Much appreciated!

Fantastic service all round, from advice ahead of installation, discussions around survey specifics, quick appointment turn around / lead time, and a product that looks good with App technology that looks like it will work really well (remote charging / charge schedules, usage monitoring etc) Happy customer!

The Pod Point has been fitted to our property for 6 days and hasn't worked yet. Several attempts to arrange a replacement has failed. I asked for it to be removed and refunded the money, so i may buy from another supplier, I was cut off.
