“From order to installation took an amazing two weeks. Prior to installation, Chris Key, home charger sales executive, and Yazmin Miller, domestic junior project manager, were very helpful. On the day of installation, the installers arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. On completion, we were given a comprehensive run through of the features of our Solo 3.”

“Not great at all. Cabling was left looking less than professional and they didn't clear up their mess and left all the rubbish. My partner was not given any verbal instructions or knowledge about how to use the charger. Very disappointed all round with the installation.”

“Lee was very helpful and punctual. Issue connecting to WiFi during installation to enable APP. However Lee explained possibly the issue. Followed instructions via the booklet this morning and now connected.”

“Karl the installer arrived when he said he would. Very polite and informative. Installation took just over two hours, any mess was cleared up before Karl left. Would certainly recommend.”

“Set up was easy, I had to complete a short series of questions and include pictures of my meter and fuse board along with some measurements depending on where I wanted my charger installed. A few days after completing this, I received an email confirmation and an install date which was less than 3 weeks away. The day before install i had a text message giving me a 2 hour arrival window then on the morning of the install the engineer turned up within that time frame and it was all completed within 3 hours and the area was left clean and tidy, happy customer :-)”
