“Very good service with all timeframes being met. One small point is that the Psl number should be given at installation instead of having to get it oneself.I have a disability and now need to involve a third party.”

“The engineer was on time, and friendly, explained in full what he was doing and gave an indication of how long the installation would take. The engineer was also very tidy and cleaned up after the installation was completed. He also demonstrated how to use the unit.”

“I am happy with the whole process. Installation happened quicker than I expected. The only comment I have is the control switch was installed in a very awkward place under the stairs which I have difficulty in accessing ( I was not asked where to install the switch)”
