“Pod point were very efficient and professional. He consulted with us regarding location of point and what he was going to do. He was on time and warned us when the power was going to be switched off. The power was only off for 5 mins ish. Handed over all the information at the end. No issues. Great service and highly recommended.”

“This is my second podpoint in 1 year, following a house move. The pre-sales service was great, questions answered and nothing was too much trouble. Upon installation Dennis (Based in Essex) was polite, prompt and his workmanship was tidy.”

“excellent service from start to finish easy to order and the insulation department were very quick to arrange fitting at a time that suited me the fitting was excellent the the engineer came on time discussed the best place to fit the box and done a very neat job of cable on finish he explained he showed me how all works and left working all rubbish cleared TYLER the engineer is acre to your company”

“A bit haphazard and some employees didn't seem to know what they were doing, then the first person who attended could not connect it up as he didn't have the correct RCD and he fitted the unit too high on our wall. When I mentioned this to him he said he would adjust it when he came to connect it up, only it was someone else and he wasn't all that pleased to be given this extra job so it ended up not level on the wall!”

“The installer was efficient, explained everything and was also a very pleasant and amiable guy. The charger is very simple to use and I would thoroughly recommend Pod Point to anyone who decides to go down the electrical vehicle route!”
