“Excellent service - start to finish. Just a shame that a problem with my electrics at home prevented me from having my podpoint from going live from day one. If it had of been possible to identify this prior to fitting it would have been helpful. Anyway, an electrician has now been to my property and fixed the problem. My pod point is now live and working fine. You also got me mixed up with another of your customers in Bolton!”

“The service is great and the product is first class - it’s compact modern and and neat and looks great on my wall, NOT looking like a great big pay telephone stuck on the wall like some other rival models do ! The installer came on time keeping me informed of their arrival and after consulting with me about the desired location of the pod point and carefully measuring it all up they swiftly and ably went about their work and really knew what they were doing, being careful to tidy up afterwards. Within a few hours the job was compete and I was charging my electric vehicle from the comfort of my own home ! Thanks Pod Point ! Great job - it’s the future !”

“I have been left without any information for 12 days since ordering and paying for an installation. I have tried repeatedly by landline, mobile and on the pod-point web-sight without any success regarding an installation date. I am due to receive an EV vehicle in 4 days time. If I could only make contact I would cancel and ask for a refund.”

“Engineer fitted the pod point, tested it on his machine then left two weeks ago and as yet we have not been able to charge the car. I waited an hour to speak to a customer service advisor who then asked lots of questions but could not help had to pass our case on to an engineer. The engineer then took said they had disconnect something and we should now be able to charge, we can't. I have had a second email today nearly a week from my call and still not working. Terrible service”

“I managed to get an installation slot at short notice fortunately. Mick the installation engineer was excellent , explained the process and just got on with fitting. I could not have wished for a better installation. Fitted it perfect location , tied cables perfectly. Even cleaned up his masonary mess. A credit to pod point as you always fear builders. I would recommend pod point and Mick. Perfect partnership”

“I did ask for the cable run to be discrete so disappointed to see exposed cabling which I think looks untidy. I would be happier if PodPoint used trunking to hide and protect exposed cables. I had an impression that the installer was in a hurry.”

“Jonny did a great job installing our pod point. He arrived early, explained everything that was going to happen and got straight to it. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the process was. The booking process surprised me too. I purchased the pod point on a Friday, and it was installed the following Monday morning!”
