Very poor communication. Very slow response to requested emails.
Failed installation at first and second attempts - no email sent to me to allow addition of charger to account.
You ask the customer to respond to an email, then it says "you have replied to an un-monitored mailbox".
The installer was excellent but let down by Pod-Point's administrative inadequacies.
