“I am disgusted with the lack of customer service. Communication was appalling and every request for assistance had to be made by phone as emails were only answered with standard, meaningless messages. After 3 weeks of sending photos, they said they couldn't lay a short run of cables in the loft because it was only partially boarded. No refund has been received although I had to employ a local electrician to carry out that work. Having said all that, the engineer was very helpful and professional.”
