“The order process was a little too complicated and confusing, with limited responses from the team helping to book an appointment. Having to pay the cost upfront before an installation is booked feels wrong. However the actual installation was great, the engineer was knowledgeable and able to explain all the options and installed it quickly without any hassle.”

“Our Pod Point was installed by a very professional, helpful and friendly gentleman (Jason). He was able to install it exactly where we wanted it and was able to do so without visible wiring using existing trunking (admittedly short distance so wouldn't expect him to be able to do this everywhere!). He took the time to show us how it worked and was very understanding of our lack of technical knowledge.”
