“Very quick process from the start to finish, ordering online, confirming install date then installation on the day. The engineer contacted me prior to the installation to confirm arrival time on the day, he was polite, friendly and professional and explained fully how to use the charger once installation was complete.”

“Was happy with the engineer who installed the POD. He arrived promptly and did an excellent job The cable was neatly laid. I had 28 metre run. I am very pleased with the installation.”

“Although I had to install the cables myself ahead of the engineer arriving, the process was very good. The engineer was very personable, even allowing me to complete a meeting before switching the power off. He instructed me fully on how to use the charger and didn’t leave any mess behind, either in or outside the house. Full marks to the engineer.”

“Having my EV charger installed by Podpoint went like a dream, from ordering online, agreeing an installation date and the installation itself. More straightforward than I anticipated, I completed the order application and provided the details and photos requested, received an email back the same day asking which installation date I required and this was accepted on the day I required. The installer was professional and courteous and did a neat and tidy job installing the charger. I'm more than pleased and would highly recommend Pod Point.”

“Everything was well organised. I ordered a lock which looked very flimsy and wasn’t necessary and a holster which I turned out I didn’t need. Hoping for a refund for those.”

“Our electrician was so lovely, professional and worked through terrible rain to install first part. When the second part needed a new part ordering, they booked us in immediately and he came back, completing the job swiftly and cleaned up any mess. Thank you! We can’t wait to become part of the electric car club with our new pod point .”

“Initial contact really poor, took nearly 3 weeks of me chasing to get an installation date. Once the date was set the actual team who installed the charge point were excellent, great Comms, quick and tidy installation and spent time explaining how to use the charger and link to the app etc”
