The gentleman Darren who came to fit our Pod Point was pleasant, efficient, and informative. His work was without fault, he was really tidy, and did a wonderful professional job. Well, impressed.

The initial aftersales was quick efficient and the communication was top notch, we were pointed towards the grant (living in rented) which reduced the cost of the unit which was fab. The cont after that waiting for scheduling the fitting took a week and a half and I had to chase. But as soon as I chased I had an email scheduling the following week. The fitter was really great, he was really tidy and buried the cables out of site and was very friendly/approachable. Explained how to use it and went on his way. Great service.

Speedy service, engineer was great, listened to where I wanted the pod positioned, worked around us as he went, very tidy finish and went through everything we needed to get started.

Excellent service for fitting off the Charger, Admin side could do with some improvements. Trying to fill out the response form with the photos, measurements and diagrams was a nightmare. Totally unable to load anything. Eventually spoke to an advisor who sent another e-mail stating what was required, and after a good 1.5 hours managed to submit all required information. I had to chase to get a fitting slot. We could not praise your Electrician Michael enough. He was excellent, knew exactly what we needed, went out of his way to ensure we were totally happy where we wanted the charger fitting. Extremely clean and tidy worker, and although very sociable, made sure he never stopped working whilst talking. Would be happy to recommend to anyone!

I was please when Pod Point said they could install my charger in 2 weeks, I was expecting it would take longer. Pod point did contact me a few days before my installation date to say they had a cancellation and could fit me in the next day, to which I happily agreed to. I booked the day off work, however on the day my charger was due to be fitted, I was informed that the engineer had called in sick. Luckily I was given my original date, so only had to wait a few more days, but had to book another day off work! When the installation took place, the engineer was really good and did a great job. Apart from a slight mess around, I would use Pod Point again.

Please avoid this company as all costs. Appalling customer service, especially their technical support. Reported a fault on my home charger to Pod Point (EV wouldn't charge). The customer services team has been unbelievable poor, no response to emails, meaning you have to constantly chase for updates. Engineer was schedule to attend but failed to turn up, no reason was given. I wrote a complaint that was ignored. When engineer did attend he could not resolve the fault. Investigated myself, as this was 6 weeks after the fault was initially reported, found they had damaged the comms cable on install which was a simple fix. They've now cancelled and their engineers second visit and I'm having to chase as to why. Please avoid this company as all costs.

Arrived on time and worked efficiently. Neat job. Explained everything very well at the end But no lock available and he will have to return sometime with that. Only problem was with the ordering process due to a problem with Podpoint recognising my payment for the SPD which delayed everything.

Messy, left rubbish and dust everywhere. Not professional staff wither. Was on his phone the whole time to his mates, talking about mistakes made on his jobs the week before, swearing. Wouldn't recommend it.

Engineer arrived in the timeslot as arranged, letting me know by text he was on his way, and just 7 working days after placing my order. I was WFH and in meetings, but the engineer managed to time the power being off for 10 minutes during my lunch break. Very helpful throughout and immaculate job done. Connected to WiFi successfully and helped me setup the app too. Couldn't have asked for more.

The job was completed when it was said it would be. A very neat and efficient installation. Professionally done. Would have liked fuller explanation of use and given the instruction book rather than left to find it in a box. Also it would have been nice to have direction in loading the phone app for control. The position of the label and he PSl number wer very awkward and should have been noted before fitting. We are old and disabled and these small things would have made a large ddifference.

I rate the whole process very positively. I appreciate the professional approach during assembly. all areas of the house remained clean and damage caused during drilling was removed on the spot. the only thing that bothered me a little is the longer waiting time for assembly.

Once the process began, the home visits were very good. The customer relations aspect could have been better. There was a dearth of information at the start, and the appointments took no notice of the info I'd provided in the process.
