“Due to the location of my electrical supply, and the fact that I didn’t want trunking everywhere, I was supplied with the cable and installed it myself under floorboard’s prior to the final installation and connection of the pod point. On the day of connection everything went smoothly and the installation engineer was excellent, ensuring I was happy throughout the whole process, and finally explaining the operation and indicator system. It was a stress free process. I’m very pleased with the whole process and with the pod point unit, as I now have a fully charged EV on my drive every morning.”

“The survey part of the ordering process i though was very confusing as the app would not accept my pictures so i ended up having to send them by 2 separate emails. Then i received a further email asking for more pictures! I have to say this part i found extremely stressful. The fitter (Matt) was extremely professional and a great asset to your company!”

“The customer service and communication was very. I had to phone for updates on emails and photos submitted having received no reply. The installation engineer was very helpful but was not able to fit a working connector head as he had not been supplied with working parts.”
