The survey part of the ordering process i though was very confusing as the app would not accept my pictures so i ended up having to send them by 2 separate emails. Then i received a further email asking for more pictures! I have to say this part i found extremely stressful.
The fitter (Matt) was extremely professional and a great asset to your company!
