“Initial purchase process was very straightforward. Uploading pre-installation information photos and video proved very difficult due to file size restrictions, however Aemillia at customer help was outstanding in helping resolve this issue and booking an installation date. 5 🌟 to Aemillia. Installation day went very smoothly and the engineer Mark was extremely helpful in explaining the installation process and getting the Pod up and running. 5🌟 to Mark. Good follow up emails with timely information files to help me move forward confidently.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. The initial online site survey was easy to complete. The time to instal from first contact with Pod Point was excellent - from purchase to instal in just 4 days! The installer / electrician was excellent. Arrived on time, explained everything, nice neat job - really good fella.”

“Installer was great and was very tidy. Pod point working well. Only criticism was waiting in from 11-4pm for the installer to arrive at 3.45pm! Could have lived with it but the installer came from Edinburgh which is 3.5 hours away from me and this was their first job of the day. Had someone called me to tell me I would have been able to go about my day. It wouldn’t have been difficult to let me know.”

“After my original installer could not arrange an installation in less than 7 weeks I turned to Podpoint. They arranged an installation for 8 days later. Installation was efficient, they turned up on time, did the job within the allotted time slot and explained everything really clearly.”
