“Where do I start ? After a really long day coming to Margate from London to visit my sick relative in hospital along with my two elderly sisters. Decided I would charge the car for an hour to ensure we would get home. I plugged the car into a pod point charger and off we went to have a warm drink came back an hour later to find I could not release the cable, I called pod point and they tried several times to release from the main system, however that did not work, the telephone advisor told me someone would call me to help, which he did , I tried several things to no avail, he then told me he would need to come to my assistance, when I asked where he was coming from as he was the only one on call, weston super mare 4 hours away . I’m absolutely shocked that this was the closest person who was able to assist us and he would not get here until after midnight, the time I called was 19.40 tired , hungry, and totally fed up with this appalling service I will not be using pod-point again and most certainly will not recommend to anyone. The government are encouraging people to buy electric vehicles, but need to monitor how the providers can offer proper support to their loyal customers. Only having 1 person on call for the night is ridiculous. There needs to be more staff on call over the uk, may I Suggest they train more staff. I hope no one else needs assistance because they will have a long wait.”

“I have been delighted with the whole Pod Point Ltd experience. It turned out to be an easy process from the first contact to the charger fitted to My wall and working within a couple of weeks, amazing. I was a bit nervous before calling and I had a lot of questions about EV charging, household electrics, and safety. The team explained everything in detail and assured Me there would be no problems with the fitting and operation of the Solo 3 charger on My property. A date and time were agreed once I had uploaded a few images and answered some basic questions. Cameron arrived on time to install the box and set to work after explaining the work he was going to carry out, he was very professional. The fitting was completed with the minimum of fuss and I was shown the full installation before He pointed out the safety features, app setup, charging light colours and their meaning. Once I was happy with how it worked, we put the car on charge and Cameron cleaned up the whole work area, a brilliant job. Thank you to all the team at Pod Point.”

“From pre ordering to installation the service with pod point has been great. I was told about a government grant that I could apply for that reduced my payment by £350. The application was straight forward and quickly granted once all the relevant information had been provided. The day after the grant was approved I submitted the order and an installation date was scheduled. I was initially told this could be up to 2 weeks but from order to installation it was less than a week. Installation was carried out today by a lovely gentleman Anthony (Tony) he explained everything he was going to do and was professional and friendly. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend. Thank you”

“The installation was completed within 2 weeks of ordering and it only took 2 hours to install from start to finish. The installer was courteous and left no mess, advising what he was going to do at each stage, and giving us advance warning when he had to turn the power off to connect the charger. Very happy with the installation process.”

“An excellent experience from start to finish. The information needed for the pre-survey was well explained, I had a phone call within minutes of submitting my information to book a time slot and the pod was fitted within a few days. The fitter was fantastic, he listened to what I wanted and did a great job of fitting. Highly recommend!”

“Very impressed with the process from booking to installation. All contacts efficient, polite and helpful. The engineer who completed the survey also installed the charger, which seemed sensible and reassuring for me , the client. Excellent experience, would strongly recommend.”
