Fantastic couple of chaps came today to install my PodPoint charger. Very polite, informative and considerate. They did the job quicker than quoted on the website.

I was extremely impressed with Matthew's work ethic. He was very punctual, polite and an extremely tidy worker. His work installing the EV charger at my home was very good, and clean install. Matthew explained the details/functions of the charger and the power supply in detail that I could easily understand and digest. He came across as a very professional worker, who takes his work very seriously and takes pride in his work. In closing he is a credit to Pod Point and an asset to your company.

The installation engineer was very friendly and did a great job. Ordering and sending data for the installation was good also, and supplied quickly. However, as a supplier of electronic assemblies to PodPoint for 10 years I am disappointed with the level of discount offered having worked with them for all this time.

Fantastic friendly staff, quick installation date. Brilliant Service. Date of installation,telephone call 1 hour before arrival and everything was installed all neat and tidy and everywhere cleaned up before he left and how to use the app explained

From day one customer service was disgraceful. No phone calls, emails to say appointment cancelled almost 7 week from paying to installing. Only good experience was the fitter James. Would not recommend this company

Communication is sketchy & not as responsive as it should be. Perhaps some communication could be better in a phone call rather than emails? On the day of installation, I was advised that the installer would call to confirm a more accurate time slot, which never happened & the tracking app simply did not work!

Ordering delivery and fitting was smooth and organised, the difficulties lie in the after sales, getting a phone number is the first challenge, then queuing for an hour to get through, getting cut off and starting all over again. Try on line and it’s anybody’s guess when you will get a reply. Meanwhile stuck at home with no car to use.

Mixed experience, first installation attempt did not go ahead as ‘couldn’t be done’. Then after much back and forth over calls and emails I had to purchase additional breakers for my consumer unit & surge protector - in short I think the installer just wanted to go home. The re-scheduled date was changed at short notice meaning further disruption with getting time off work. The second installation was the polar opposite the installer was friendly and did a great job, as per the original plan without needing the additional parts which I now have floating around without purpose. I’m happy with the product and app the is great to use, the first installation experience has made me drop my rating as I spent money on stuff I didn’t need and had to take another day of unnecessary annual leave. If you look at the photo, how could have it ever been too hard to achieve on the first go? Thank you to the second installer who was the polar opposite in both competence & customer relations (he would get 5 stars).

Pod point were able to offer me an installation appointment immediately after completing the application. The installation was done quickly and efficiently and with care for minimising any damage. Very happy with the whole installation process.
