“After my original installer could not arrange an installation in less than 7 weeks I turned to Podpoint. They arranged an installation for 8 days later. Installation was efficient, they turned up on time, did the job within the allotted time slot and explained everything really clearly.”

“I was extremely impressed with Matthew's work ethic. He was very punctual, polite and an extremely tidy worker. His work installing the EV charger at my home was very good, and clean install. Matthew explained the details/functions of the charger and the power supply in detail that I could easily understand and digest. He came across as a very professional worker, who takes his work very seriously and takes pride in his work. In closing he is a credit to Pod Point and an asset to your company.”

“The installation engineer was very friendly and did a great job. Ordering and sending data for the installation was good also, and supplied quickly. However, as a supplier of electronic assemblies to PodPoint for 10 years I am disappointed with the level of discount offered having worked with them for all this time.”

“From day one customer service was disgraceful. No phone calls, emails to say appointment cancelled almost 7 week from paying to installing. Only good experience was the fitter James. Would not recommend this company”
