“Communication ahead of the installation was a bit confusing with conflicting times given but on the day the electrician called an hour ahead and worked quickly, efficiently and was very friendly.”

“Great experience. Filled in the home survey and appointment was booked in less than a week. Electrician was on time, tidy, polite and quick. Better than our own electrician where we’d have had to have waited for at least a month before fitting. Haven’t tried the charger yet as waiting for my new car.”

“Clear and frequent communication. Arrived on time as promised. Tidy and professional work. The engineer identified a wider issue with incoming electrics, liaised with the network operator to get emergency response. Came back later to finish the job. Cannot fault at all.”

“We are really pleased with our new Pod Point 7kw home charger. Haydn did a fantastic job at installing it for us without making any mess whatsoever. Everything was explained to us during the installation, all cables installed either hidden or neatly along the wall inside the garage. I was going to email PodPoint anyway to say how impressed we were with Haydn and he is a credit to their team. Then this review request came along so thought even better i’l mention him on here! The charger is very simple to use, we have gone for the tethered version as its much easier. You can then use the charger via the App with a variety of schedules or just have it always on. Its very versatile.”

“Utterly dreadful experience. The engineers that come out are brilliant - couldn’t be any nicer. However the booking experience is chaotic at best. You need to battle to get the central booking team just to keep the installer on-site and not go off to another job. The problem is they take all your money up front, promise a good experience then it feels like they hold you to ransom. Because I had already paid up front and the job had eventually started I continued with the process. Could not wait another month using a three pronged plug to charge the car or I would have cancelled the job. The installers themselves are brilliant.”
