“product was installed yesterday, technician didn't test it on my car, it's defective, I complained yesterday and today no one resolved anything. Terrible after service! Terrible customer service for an extremely expensive product.”

“Peter, the installer, was excellent. He reviewed the proposed installation route and advised us on alternatives that would create less visual disruption in our home. He took the time to explore the two options before settling for the one that suited us best. His work was very neat, efficient and we have the best praise for the job he did.”

“We have now been waiting since 27th Oct for you to refund the £650 for not fitting the 22v charger . Absolutely disgusting customer service now opening a dispute with my credit card. Customer service do not answer the phones or reply to emails”

“The Pod Point team have been fantastic. Once I had started the order they rang me with a no pressure call to see if I had any questions. Once completing the order they had me booked in the very next day for installation. Jonny the installation engineer explained everything he was going to do and I have to say the job is incredibly tidy and well done. Thank you”
