“Fantastic turn around from order to installation. Ordered at 12pm on a Friday, called at 2.30pm to arrange installation for the next day! Matt messaged me the night before to confirm his arrival for 8am to conduct the installation. He was really helpful, friendly and took the time to explain everything regarding the Pod Point unit.”

“Engineer turned up late so ended up finishing the job in the dark, meaning we were left in dark whilst the power was off. We also had to go out so didn’t get any induction at all. Engineer also left a lot of mess outside, cables, brick dust, rubbish.”

“The engineer arrived late due to the traffic which wasnt his fault. The explanation of the installation process was properly explained and finished it on time. Overall happy and satisfied with the installation. Cannot wait to charge my vehicle which will saves me a lot of time plus the cost.”

“They installed it last Wednesday, 10 minutes later it no longer worked, I called support twice, they said they would send an engineer and nothing. It's already 3 days. Their support doesn't work either and they lie to you! You should be ashamed to continue in the market providing a service of this level.”

“customer service is bad . In the past year I have had to contact them about various things. they nearly always dont know what they are talking about, firstly they remotely altered my charger from 7kw to 3 kw for no reason. then when I asked them to set it back to 7. they told me they would have to come out to commission it to get it back to 7kw and quoted me £250 for doing this. when the engineer arrived he said nothing wrong with it . they just need to remotely set it back to 7kw so he just phoned them and asked to set it back to 7. he was here less than 5mins. but they still charged me £250 to commission it which they did not do. Also I have recently had them fit some chargers at the back of some flats. before I purchased these, I asked several question about how it works for the tenants paying for the elec. It now turns out all the information they gave me wrong. I would never use them again”

“Ordering online was easy. A few simple questions confirmed which EV charger was right for me, and the whole process was fairly routine. Once applied for, a series of installation questions are asked, along with a request for a few photos of the chosen preferred location, meter box, Consumer unit etc to allow for for pre-planning. Mine was a fairly routine installation due to charger location, and the whole thing took about 2.5 hrs to complete. The engineer Stephen was very proficient, and coupled my Solo 3 upto my home wifi router before he left.”

“Messaged me prior to arrival, introduced himself to me, explained what the process was and what he needed to validate before commencement. Was very polite and apart from the charger installed there was no evidence that he had even been there, talked me through the functions of the charger excellent service from start to finish..thankyou”

“I am incredibly happy with my experience using Pod Point. I purchased an EV charger and was incredibly lucky to have it installed the next day. I had actually originally purchased with another provider who couldn’t install my EV charger for at least 3 months but didn’t notify me of that when purchasing. I ended up cancelling with the other company and purchased through pod point and was over the moon with the quick installation as at this point I had already had my electric car for 3 weeks charging publically!”

“Great experience with Pod Point. I’ve submitted my survey form and got a call a few hours later saying the installation is available the next day! The engineer who arrived was fantastic. Courteous, knowledgable, kind and externally patient with our puppy who really wanted to help him, he was friendly and finished the installation promptly. I couldn’t have asked for a better service from start to finish.”
