“The worst experience, paid for charger at the end of September, had to chase with no response to emails, delays in the site survey being completed despite completing the pre fitting questionnaire, again had to chase for fitting day, offered a cancellation slot and the engineer didn't turn up, waited 30 minutes on the phone to speak to someone to be told the engineer wouldn't be arriving that day. Asked to speak to a manager and still waiting for that phone call Engineer turned up on original date booked and the first thing he said was that he couldn't fit the charger where the plan had said and couldn't believe that the plan was approved Result order cancelled- 2 months waiting, no charger fitted worst company ever”

“Pod point doesn’t work - as soon as it starts charging it stops again. Not a problem with the vehicle. Support takes two weeks an answer an email.”
