Messaged me prior to arrival, introduced himself to me, explained what the process was and what he needed to validate before commencement. Was very polite and apart from the charger installed there was no evidence that he had even been there, talked me through the functions of the charger excellent service from start to finish..thankyou

I am incredibly happy with my experience using Pod Point. I purchased an EV charger and was incredibly lucky to have it installed the next day. I had actually originally purchased with another provider who couldn’t install my EV charger for at least 3 months but didn’t notify me of that when purchasing. I ended up cancelling with the other company and purchased through pod point and was over the moon with the quick installation as at this point I had already had my electric car for 3 weeks charging publically!

it's all about the technician with regard to feeling confident and at ease. Corey was also very helpful in explaining the connection and app as i am not that confident. Job done quickly and efficiently and i am very pleased.

Great experience with Pod Point. I’ve submitted my survey form and got a call a few hours later saying the installation is available the next day! The engineer who arrived was fantastic. Courteous, knowledgable, kind and externally patient with our puppy who really wanted to help him, he was friendly and finished the installation promptly. I couldn’t have asked for a better service from start to finish.

When the installation was completed. The installer didn’t tidy the surrounding area and the finished job inside the electrical meter was very untidy

My experience was good. Jamie the electrician, fully understood what I as the customer wanted, and had paid out for. Jamie kept asking us at various stages as to whether we were happy as he went along and everything went smoothly. He did a very good job of the installation.

The installer was wonderful - polite - friendly and good in communication. Sadly for the main HQ you spend many hours on the phone chasing and they take your payment up front and do not follow responding to emails within 48 hours as per their notification.

The worst after sales service ever. My Character stopped working 12 days ago. I phoned the helpline who made me go out in the rain to check that the circuit breaker is switched on and the lights on the charger is on. I told the person that there is no power on the charger and to send an engineer to please fix it. Cut a long story short. after 7 calls later and talking to a different person every time to give my details and go through the same test again. I eventually got through to Robert who asked me to take a video and send it to him. A new person emailed me and asked to show test the breaker again. When I replied to his email adding a video to prove that that the charger does not get any power the email referred me to the help app and start the whole process again for the 8th time. I think of asking Pod Point to remove the charger and install an opposition product.

Nik the installer was punctual and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take and answered all the questions I had. He left everything clean and tidy. Extremely happy with the installation. Have completed my first full charge and all seems to work as expected.

Very lucky to get a cancellation. Installation survey not fantastically easy and was not comfortable with doing a diy survey. However, all went well.
