Solution-focused when he encountered a challenge during the installation process. Additionally, he was confident answering my questions.”

“The Engineer was absolutely brilliant. He kept me fully updated regarding his ETA on the day. The standard of installation was excellent, including thoroughly cleaning and clearing away debris and packaging on completion. There was a slight delay between ordering and installation but all staff were extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.”

“Was advised by scheduling that I needed that Pod point were unable to install until I got an Electrician to make 4 or more changes to my Current electrical system. Took me best part of half a day to get through to a person at pod point.Rhiannon Little was very helpful and agreed that a Charger could be installed okay and arranged for the installation to take place 3 days later”
