“My Pod point installation was scheduled only two days after I requested it. It was installed by Saf, who discussed its location with me and did a very good and professional job. He indicated when the electricity would be switched off and on again, being off for only 15mins. Overall, I am very happy with the installation. I haven't used the charger yet as the car is being delivered this week, so I can't comment on the operation of the charger yet.”

“Installation was arranged very quickly. I was notified of installation date - the installer arrived on the due date in good time. The installation was neat and tidy and completed in a very reasonable time. Excellent service throughout.”

“So pretty quick and efficient turn around from initial order - engineer arrived within the allotted timeframe and did a pretty reasonable job of the install that was just within the 15 meters but...... Totally unable to get the app to recognize the unit and no response at all from their technical support team - I had been warned in advance that their support wasn't very quick but assumed as that was from a rival company that it was just them knocking the completion but now I am wondering if I have wasted £1000 and should have gone elsewhere - a very poor first impression.”

“Quite impressed - it was a tricky installation in regard to the cable run and Dillon managed it expertly. In addition, he picked up that the incoming voltage was too big (circa 258 volts) and negotiated with Scottish Power on our behalf to sort the problem. Very impressed. Cheers Phil Wake”
