“All in all good installation james knew exactly what his doing done perfectly. I am still waiting to get verification from pod point to register my pod on the app but that is another subject”

“Paying up front and then finding out about the phone survey was surprising. However, it did highlight that my home was not bonded properly so thanks for this. All went well and very professionally completed.”

“Very poor communications to establish survey/requirements which needed many chasing emails/calls. Then, out of the blue I get a notification of the installation date/time for the following week. The engineer arrived on time, was courteous, and hard-working during the 3 hours of installation, leaving the premises spotlessly clean. Highly recommend this service and Mike the engineer”

“The whole process was pretty seamless and communication throughout was excellent. I don't yet have my car, so can't comment on whether or not the charging experience will be similar, but the installation process was pretty faultless.”

“The installation and the guy that came was great but the customer service was awful. I had to arrange to run the cable myself the list of pre-installation questions and photos required were way too complex and i had 5 failed deliveries for the cable before it arrived.”
