“Was advised by scheduling that I needed that Pod point were unable to install until I got an Electrician to make 4 or more changes to my Current electrical system. Took me best part of half a day to get through to a person at pod point.Rhiannon Little was very helpful and agreed that a Charger could be installed okay and arranged for the installation to take place 3 days later”

“The equipment was fitted and is working ok, however the installer complained about the job throughout the entire process. On answering the door, the fitter's first comment was "How am I supposed to get into your fusebox". That's not acceptable.”

“Due to the complex layout of my property, it was necessary to have a survey which was conducted quickly after ordering and the surveyor/installer evaluated all the possible routes before agreeing with me on what would be best. The installation itself was arranged quickly, and although it did have to be rescheduled, the communication was really good so I was always informed. On the day of the installation, the installer arrived when expected and explained everything to me.”

“You could save a lot of time and effort by just telling the customer that you need to connect to the meter block only instead of the performance that I had in changing the fuse board spurs then when the installer came he just bypassed it and installed it to the meter block anyway. I must say though that the installer's description of what he needed to do was better than any communication I had with Podpoint. Overall in the end i am happy with my charger.”

“Paul was amazing. He contacted me from the time I booked the appointment to give me specific arrival times. He was informative, answered our questions and was very efficient. He checked with me when was best to turn the wifi off so as not to disturb my work.”

“Our first pod point installation didn't go to plan, which was very frustrating. It had to be rearranged. However our second installer was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable and problem solved some technical installation difficulties. I would rate this 2nd experience as excellent!”
