“The whole process was pretty seamless and communication throughout was excellent. I don't yet have my car, so can't comment on whether or not the charging experience will be similar, but the installation process was pretty faultless.”

“The installation and the guy that came was great but the customer service was awful. I had to arrange to run the cable myself the list of pre-installation questions and photos required were way too complex and i had 5 failed deliveries for the cable before it arrived.”

“Chris the electrician was excellent. He explained what he needed to do and gave me various options, finally choosing the cable route with least visual impact. He also gave clear explanation of how to operate the charge point.”

“The first day was cancelled, but they came the next day for installation the fitter was extremely polite and professional also call centre was aswell when the called at 8am to cancel first appointment even when I said we needed it the next day due to work they managed it”

“Our PodPoint installer gets top marks, the whole process between paying and getting the installer out was painful, leaving us without a charger for the first 8 weeks of having the car. The delay was partly as a more confusing installation but easier if someone came to assess first.”
