“Was offered an appointment within a day for installation. Engineer arrived on time, was quick and thorough with the installation. No mess, I am really happy. Would definitely recommend this installer to friends and family, and compared to other installers, was reasonably priced too.”

“Ordering from podpoint was easy and the customer service was good. I was given an installation date and charger was installed a day before my car arrived. I was kept well informed throughout the entire process. On the day of installation everything went smoothly. Very happy with installation.”

“The initial experience was diminished by repeated requests for information and photographs which ch seemed very convoluted and designed to to make me responsible for whether it not the the installation was "normal". The actual installation was simple, straight forward and effective.”

“Paul, the PodPoint installation engineer arrived on time and explained the process before installing the charger. After a neat and tidy fitment of the charger, Paul explained the operation of the various aspects of the system and even left me his mobile should I require any further help or assistance. .”

“Ordered on Thursday, installed on Friday morning! Very neat installation. Discounted through Kia dealer referral and eligible for 130% super tax deduction. So the unit cost £600 in real terms.”

“Struggled with contacting agents and Pod Point seem to require way too much information to book an installation (prepare for uploading photos, plans etc) through a failry poor interface (size limits on photos causes issues and you only really know the limits once you try and upload. However, once installers arrive, great service, on time, very tidy and completed all works in line with specifications.”
