“The installation was very good, the fitter was prompt, polite and extremely neat and tidy. He was very understanding of my mild OCD regarding having everything in line and spaced evenly. The only thing that irritated me during the whole procedure was that in the correspondence my gender was changed from Brendan to Brenda, which although trivial was rather annoying. Other than that 10 out 10 👍”

“Fitting of the wall box was done very well. We have a stone faced house, so it takes a lot longer to fit due to the drilling being very difficult with stone being harder to drill into and uneven. The fitter did a very good, neat and tidy job and then went through all the features of the wall box with us. Would highly recommend Pod Point.”

“Where to start. Support is a nightmare to get hold of. Over an hour and a half on the phone to get an update on my support case. Installed the charger however didn't set it up to work with our solar system that was pretty obvious we had solar. Then the charger filled with water. Logged another job only for them to close the case without it being fixed. Now charger is dead. Another call to Pod-Point and again another case. Had to spend £25 to charge the car at a public charge point....as a gesture they topped up our account with £15....thanks!!! Wish to God I had never gone with Pod-Point. Nothing but issues since the start. You cannot email them. You have to find the hidden form, hidden in their support documents, to raise a request or sit on the phone to get a case logged. Shocking support seeing as I warned them weeks ago water was getting into the charger.”

“Engineer arrived within 4 days of placing order. Quick and efficient installation where I wanted it to be located. Full demonstration of how to use it was given. Linked up my wifi and set up my account. 5 stars all round.”

“The electrical engineer who installed my pod point was lovely, very respectful and so helpful. He was considerate of the fact that I was on a nightshift. He took the safety of my property seriously and explained everything thoroughly.”

“Mark the electrician that came was excellent - knowledgeable helpful informed. Podpoint call centre a bit disorganised - didnt return emails and had to chase to get answers - appeared to be run by young people who had no urgency in confirming things or communicating and missing the point of me having to coordinate with an electrician pre installation of the EV charger. When had a problem with the App they were over a week replying.”

“The initial contact felt a little slow but once I called and spoke to them this soon sped up the process. The lady I dealt with on the phone was so helpful and got everything booked in for me. The installation went like a dream, the engineer was so helpful thoughtful and tidy! He went out if his way to wire it through my house. Top marks”
