“The customer service was awful - My emails were not responded on time, I had to take 1 day of unpaid leave when the original date of installation was given only to then be told that they couldn't install it on that day. It was very inconvenient.”

“It was easy to order and the installation date was quicker than they originally suggested. I also took advantage of their free surge protector which would have cost £100 and their free upgrade to 5 year warranty. Pod Point were also very competitive on price. The installer - Rowan - provided an excellent service. He told me what time he was coming and carried out the installation in a very professional manner! Rowan also explained everything really well and helped me to link the charger with my Wi-Fi. Many thanks Rowan!”
