The PodPoint 3 installation was carried out on time and we are very happy with the installer's work and manner.
However, contact with your head office is less good and I felt there was a lack of information following putting our order in, and paying £999 (for which I don't seem to have received a receipt). Everything has, in fact, gone ahead well, but it would have saved your staff some time, and me some time hanging on to get through if more information had been provided when i ordered.
