“Fast response to installation and kept informed up to the date of installation. Matt the installer was friendly and explained the installation and use. Had a problem with the network (not a Pod issue but supply) which he also explained how to contact National Grid and resolve. Not used yet but experience to date is excellent.”

“Engineer was nice guy Installation was trickier than expected maybe that was the layout . Unit very basic for the price, now I have worked out how to use it there is defo improvements that need making hindsight hey..but it does what it says on the tin”

“The installation was fast and explained well. The online form I had to submit in advance however was quite complicated and time-consuming and not having a “save and come back later” option meant I had to start over multiple times as every time I need to take another photo it meant starting from scratch!”

“What a really great firm to deal with, Olivia in the office was always very polite and helpful each time we spoke on the phone. Corey did a really splendid job fitting my pod. He also was very polite and helpful, and cheerfully answered all my husbands questions and after he had fitted the pod, showed us how it all works, then he cleaned up after himself. A really pleasant, polite and likeable young man to have to fit our pod. Thank you very much to all concerned for a great job done.”

“We had Sam install our Pod Point. Sam is a great guy, very good to talk to and did a great job whilst he was here. Sam tidied up after he had fitted the unit and gave us good instructions on how to use it. Would recomend him to anyone wanting a unit fitted. Excellent”

“Our experience with the first installer that turned up was not good at all and would be a 1 star review. However the second team were absolutely excellent and deserve a 5 star review - Gareth and Anthony. They were very easy to deal with and came up with great solutions to a tricky installation.”

“The ordering and scheduling process was a nightmare. A series of email bookings and no direct communication. Unreturned phone calls and call back requests. Eventually, managed to get this sorted by talking direct with the installation team (never heard anything from the sales team other than automated emails). The installer was absolutely fabulous. Kept me informed of what was going on. Timescales for each stage of the work and was very professional. In general a very polite and considerate chap. If one criticism exists, it’s that he didn’t have immediately available any ID to verify who he was and who he worked for - but we got there. Overall, very impressed with this installer. Top marks.”
