“A nicely shaped tree, with good dense foliage, plenty of room for decorations. Friends tell me it exudes an exquisitely coniferous aroma, too - but I can't smell it through my stinking cold.”

“The delivery guy was really nice and helpful. However, we didn't receive the free mini Christmas tree we were promised when booking - and, of course, i didn't realise until after he was gone...”

“Some technical problem went wrong with the booking and my tree did not turn up on the day. However, it was delivered to my satisfaction the following day and I received a refund for the premium delivery charge paid and I did receive a few extra bits.”

“Hello \nI have been unable to contact you before due to personal reasons. I am however extrememly disappointed in my tree. It looks nothing like the pictures, and in fact looks almost fake due to it being so bare. I can send pictures to show how it has failed to meet expectations. Having used your services before this comes as an unexpected disappointment and i cannot say that i will recommend you. For the money I paid I was hoping and expecting a much higher grade of tree.”

“I was disappointed that your driver and his partner helping him did not offer to remove their shoes when coming into the house, after i told them that we had a new carpet. \n\nadditionally the water stand they brought was used and dirty, and only after i complained i got a new one. \n\nOther than that they were OK.\n\nalso the wreath came completely squashed. the box looks like it had been trampled on and on opening it i saw that it had been completely squashed. \n\nThe website gave me the impression that this is a premier service but i no longer feel the same way.”

“Amazing tree...best we've ever had in terms of shape (& height too actually)& this is the first year ordering it online, instead of traipsing to the DIY store & debating which one to get. The thought of doing that with a toddler & a baby in tow did not appeal!!Will definitely be ordering again next year.”

“The tree is lovely but the trunk was cut a little short to our delivery man had to cut off the bottom branches of the tree. Also I needed to clean it as some of the branches were covered in mud. Martin called before delivery and he was very helpful.”
