“We are very happy with our 6ft Nordmann Fir. We were disappointed that we could not be given additional discount or further benefits as we have been loyal now for 3 years and we were disappointed that a substantial branch of the tree broke. We are also disappointed that the tree is very bent at the top which is causing an issue with the tree topper.\nThis has disappointed us.”

“2 days before Xmas our tree is in dire shape. For a non drop tree we have a lot of bare branches. This tree has been a disaster.”

“Lovely tree, good quality and size. It was great to have a delivery service. Only minor issue was waited all day and it came right at end of delivery window, so would have been better if could track delivery or be given a tighter delivery window.”

“Tree failed to turn up on agreed day - as it's a school the children were really excited about its arrival!! I had to reschedule staff to dress the tree. Very disappointing”

“After a terrible start you made it perfect, Nightfreight let me down on my Friday13th delivery, after speaking to one of you this was sorted in an instant, and i ended up with two fabulous trees which i was told if two turned up i could keep it, well you made a friend of mine smile when she put up this other tree! she lost her mum three weeks previous, so it was nice to give it to her. thank you again.”

“Staff on the phone were really helpful and friendly when I queried delivery time. However, the tree itself doesn't stand up by itself because it hasn't been potted centrally (and the pot is smashed up). Phoned the driver but too far away to return with a new one. Therefore rather than wait in all day again, I will need to buy a new pot and repot myself - a lot more trouble and expense than hoped for. I'm not sure I would buy again as a result.\n\n Julia Mills.”

“Hi, the tree is huge - bigger than expected! It smells lovely and is a good quality tree though, thank you! However, the tree appears to have a birds nest in it (luckily no birds) so this was a bit sad to see. Also, the delivery was not great. It was delivered on time which was good, and we received the phonecall beforehand as promised. However, the tree was sort of dumped on us and not taken up the stairs as requested, the free mistletoe did not arrive, and the boy (young) who brought the tree to the door hardly spoke to us - just handed me the docket and told me to sign. This is all fine as we have the tree we wanted but not quite the service level I expected.”
