“I ordered a 7ft tree and got a 6* one which was cut at an angle at the base, which made it awkward to balance in stand - not good this year.”

“The person who actually brought the tree up the stairs was unhelpful, would not remove muddy boots and destroyed the carpet on 7 floors. The tree that arrived was falling apart and I asked him to take it away. I went down to the van and the driver was superb He immediately addressed my concerned. I could not fault him. I saw his helper put the discarded tree to one side. I assumed they would put it in the van. However, when I went out later he had dumped it in my neighbours porch and it is still there. I have taken photos of this and will report it to the council of westminster with the registration number of the van which I had taken note of. My daughters were watching and intact took a video of everything so we have that also. We will provide all this to the council on 16th December after 5pm unless this tree is picked up and disposed of properly tomorrow. \nThe driver I believe was unaware, his helper was was the person responsible. “On the previous 2 occasions that I have purchased a 6' tree, I was overjoyed with the size of it. I believe the size has previously been stated to be between 6' and 7'. Unfortunately, I took the option of ordering exactly the same this year as my previous 2 purchases, but I am very, very disappointed with the size this time. It literally is barely 6'. Next year I shall buy locally, when I can be sure of what I am getting size wise.”

“I know it is a late reply but i am a busy individual ad that is why i used your service. The delivery, your staff and the quality of your tree were excellent. Just one point to make that you delivered a 5ft tree rather than a 6ft i paid for, i didn't bother telling you immediately because the tree was already up and decorated by the time i got home.”

“My husband was there to receive the delivery and did comment that the driver wasn't the most careful with the tree.\n\nIt is a lovely tree so there's not really anything more to say other than thank you.”

“Christmas tree very disappointing. Very straggly with ends of branches cut off and top of tree far too long and with Brocken branches. Worst Christmas tree I have had for Xmas. Won't be using your services again. I expect quality not substandard. \n\n”

“The courier arrived at 5.20pm after I called asking for our delivery. Improvement from last year when we received a broken tree at 6.20pm. \n\nThe tree this year is very poor, very uneven and trunk extremely thin. Poor all over and we have decided we won't be using this service again next year after giving you a second chance after the fiasco last year. \n\n”

“Really disappointed, waited in on Saturday until 1pm and the tree wasn't delivered. Paid 20 pounds for that. My delivery charge should be refunded, I'm sure you'll agree. Got the tree now and it's a good one, but Saturday disrupted by a poor experience.”
