“The emails from you were great and made me feel you cared about the custom but the fact that the tree didn't arrive the first time was a bit inconvenient. Your courier service needs to have their hands slapped!”

“Bit disappointed. Wreath was very tired, black holly leaves which fell off as it was taken out of the box and rest of greenery very dull and tired looking.\n\nTree great size but there was a branch that grew from almost the bottom of the tree which meant that the tree wouldn't go into our stand which can accommodate an 8ft tree. This meant that after lots of tussling we had to saw off the branch to get it into the stand. Therefore we missed out on the advantage of the fact that you'd supposedly sawn off a couple of inches the night before. It was extremely hard work and not at all what we wanted to have to do. Consequently the tree has a strange gap so that we had to turn it round to back but it could still be seen. This was the most we'd paid for our wreath and tree and the most work we had to do. Annoying. We just didn't have time in our schedule to contact you to ask for another. On a positive note your driver was great and the tree smells nice. The branch that we had to saw off was big enough for us to put into another stand and we decorated it! Don't think I'll be ordering again next year..... We had to do it this year as I've just recently been diagnosed with a hernia and my partner has just come out of hospital! Merry Christmas!”

“i think you should send out a quick guide on how to maintain the Christmas tree. Our tree started to die before Christmas. we watered it regularly, so i'm not sure what else we could have to done preserve it longer.”

“The person who actually brought the tree up the stairs was unhelpful, would not remove muddy boots and destroyed the carpet on 7 floors. The tree that arrived was falling apart and I asked him to take it away. I went down to the van and the driver was superb He immediately addressed my concerned. I could not fault him. I saw his helper put the discarded tree to one side. I assumed they would put it in the van. However, when I went out later he had dumped it in my neighbours porch and it is still there. I have taken photos of this and will report it to the council of westminster with the registration number of the van which I had taken note of. My daughters were watching and intact took a video of everything so we have that also. We will provide all this to the council on 16th December after 5pm unless this tree is picked up and disposed of properly tomorrow. \nThe driver I believe was unaware, his helper was was the person responsible.
