“when i reeived the tree it couldnt stand up without leaning on a wall- i found out that the pot was badly broken, seem too small for the roots inside, broke free and thats why the tree couldnt stand up! luckily i found a bigger pot in my garden and re potted the 5 foot tree by myself which is a megajob for a women!! not very impressive! the driver was helpful and friendly. the tree was as well quite distressed by my efforts, hope it doesnot die due to bad treatment but it looks lovely now! i suggest maybe putting trees in bigger pots and put protective bubble wrap around the put to protect from rough handling!”

“Mud covered tree. Not just a bit a lot. Delivered at 10.45 for a 6-10 delivery slot. Loose not bound in netting so hard to manoeuvre. Too late to replace. But still charged full price. Christmas forest next year.”

“Just sent feedback on a separate page, but thought there would be more, so am re-sending. I am not satisfied with our tree at all. It is very sparse, trimmed poorly so that I can't even find a good side to turn to face the room. For spending £50 on a tree, I thought we would have better luck. We ordered from you last year, but will not be doing it again. Very, very disappointed.”

“Well the tree arrived at a good time, but your driver could use help with his manners. He turned up two hours early, called me repeatedly, to the point where I came out of the meeting I was in with our global head as I thought there was some kind of emergency. He then said he wanted to deliver the tree two hours early. When I told him this was not possible he said he wanted to leave with a neighbour. I explained that this was not possible and someone would be in at the time slot I had booked, he then muttered something I couldn't understand and I told him I had to get back to my meeting. I then called pines and needles and it was sorted. But, I think that he may need some customer service training.”

“Tree looks great - nice shape. Courier service was disappointing. Delivery man rudely dumped tree against my cream carpeted stairs. Didn't bother to ask where I would like it to be left even though he saw me holding my 3 week old baby.”

“Delivery excellent / on time very friendly and helpful. But when unwrapped tree pot covered in clay and big roots sticking through the side of the pot itself - which is why the clay had leaked out. Had to chop the roots and clean pot and my floor. So that is disappointing. Also the lights are very expensive but the battery casing is very cheap and nasty . Very difficult to unscrew it. Don't think it will last too many opening/closing.”
