“Delightful guys delivered the tree and struggled to put it up for us for a long time, unfortunately it fell down shortly after they left. It's a beautiful tree but considerably fuller on one side than the other so it wouldn't stand. I had to chop a lot of branches to even out the weight (and ended up in casualty when I cut my hand in the process) so not too happy this year :-(”

“Hi, very happy with delivery, tree, garlands and wreath - all very good quality. \nThe one dispointment, especially given our order size of £150, is that we had ordered some free mistletoe, which did not arrive.\nWould it be possible to deliver the free mistletoe to us please? Kind regards, Stephen”

“The delivery was very late and I had to contact the driver to ask about the time. The tree was OK-ish, but had a few broken branches and bare at the top. It would not be the tree I picked at a traditional market. The tree was left unopened, and was not in the net as last year.”

“Paul was 20 mins late but the traffic was bad due to the fog and Paul apologised. It didn't cause any problems so it's not bad feedback but on the other hand it wasn't perfect service either.\nThe tree looks great though!”

“The first tree was too small which I said would be ok but there was nowhere to place the star/angel so Mike very kindly changed it. They worked so hard to fit the tree I hadn't the heart to say it was the worst looking tree I've had in years, skinny and uneven growth..very disappointing. My daughter feels sorry for the tree so we'll make the best of it. The guys delivering it were fantastic though . Deirdre Allen”

“The courrier snapped one of the two trees I ordered. Replacement coming tomorrow. Last year they lost parts of my order. I probably won't order from you next year due to the courrier you use. Your product us great however so I could easily be a happy punter if the delivery bit matched the rest.”

“Valentin and his men were very good and helpful. They are a credit to your company. Experts in their field! \nUnfortunately the delivery was missing three garlands and because the driver was sent to another job we were unable to receive them in time for an important dinner party. I was told I would be refunded and hope this runs smoothly. \nOther than this I was very happy with the service. The tree is in prime position in a very important home in Chelsea. \nThank you!”

“This is the third year we've had a tree from Pines and Needles - the trees are always lovely, full, an excellent shape - and keep really well too. The budget delivery service is, for me, a little pricey considering it can turn up anytime between 8 in the morning and 10 at night however I am generally very pleased and would recommend it to all.”

“Mike came within the time slot - was polite, friendly, checked I was okay to take the tree in - i.e. whether I wanted help. \nNo reflection on Mike, however the "budget" delivery is billed as such & you get a slot of the whole day 0800 - 2200 with no indication at any point when the tree might arrive - this "budget" delivery is, however, still £14.95 - considering the tree was £45.95 - it increases the overall price significantly and you have to give over an entire day to waiting for the tree to come. My dad had to stay up and awake all day in case the tree came.”

“The people who delivered and decorated the tree were great.\n\nHowever, the general organisation of the dfelivery was extremely poor. The the tree came a day late, causing a lot of disruption.\n\nWe have had similar problems in previous years and will be looking for an alternative supplier next year.”
