“Hi, I ordered from you last year and the tree was so much better than the one I received yesterday. However, your customer service was excellent & have arranged a redelivery for me this evening. I will see if there is a marked improvement from the one yesterday, as everyone who saw it were quite shocked by how awful it was.\nbest wishes\nSarah Lowe\n”

“The tree was much smaller than I had ordered, half of it ended up in the middle of my road, I have a photo of it, as the mess was not cleared up. The ceiling in my drawing room was made dirty by the top of the tree when it was carried in. When I complained about the size I was told to call the office. Not helpful.”

“Tree was delivered on time by very friendly delivery team. Tree is lovely height(a little sparse on foliage at the top)Overall a great Christmas addition to the office. Would definitely use again.”

“They delivery came on time but they simply dropped the trees in the service lift area and no one signed for the trees. Loading bay told them to go to level 8, but they went to other floors instead. They should have called if they were confused.”

“Tree was not delivered until 11pm. Hour after final delivery time. The tree could not be secured in Xmas tree stand because no stump was left below bottom branches \nSo we have had the hassle of sawing off lower branches to create stump to allow tree to sit in the stand and drink water as is advised”

“Obviously the driver had been given far too many deliveries in 1 day and he couldn't make it to ours in time. He had to come back the next day, luckily we are a company but if I had taken the day off for the delivery I wouldn't have been pleased!”

“Delivery guys were grumpy and complained continuously (well the older guy did). When they realised they had to do lights as well, he said 'Jesus Christ' in front of my 4 year old son, told me how many jobs he had to fit in that evening and what time he'd been getting home at night. Said he was totally overworked and you didn't pay them enough and they only made up their money with tips (which I wasn't about to give him). They tramped in with huge boots on cream carpet. \nPrevious years delivery guys have been great, these totally let the side down and I feel like a totally overpaid for the service. The lights don't look good at all and I ended up re-arranging them all myself as they did them in such a smash and grab hurry.”

“Delivery was fine. I didn't get the call I'd requested 230 mins beforehand and specifically had to ask for the end of the tree to be re-cut, which I haven't had to ask for in previous years, but otherwise it was fine and the 2 delivery men were polite and helpful. My tree, however, has been dropping needles from the moment it arrived. At first I thought it might just be loose needles caught up in the tree from where it was chopped down etc. but even having been watered and stood in a cool part of the room, there are fresh needles on the floor every time I check. Goodness knows what it will look like at this rate in a couple of weeks time.”

“Very happy with your service and the delivery. I think the only additional point to make is that it would be good to have a leaflet of really helpful advice in with the trees. I had to go on to your website and find something to pass on to the recipient. But otherwise, excellent. Thank you!”

“The tree was much bigger than the 5ft one i ordered, i think it was more like 6.5ft but in general, great service, lovley tree, good condition, good shape! I will be ordering again next year.”

“The service was good if a little pricey - the tree (6ft for £45) is a little sparse for the price, it isn't particularly well filled out, the top 1.5ft of the tree is really sparse with only a couple of tiny branches - the base branches of the tree are a little lop sided also.”
